Forum: Tapping for Personal Peace (Lesson 2)

Till now you should be tapping on your personal peace procedure items each day. This can be a rote exercise where you tap for a minute or two while you are on the toilet in the morning or it can be a full-scale project working to heal your life. Both worth though obviously you are going to get a lot more out of it if  you are doing the latter. 

In this forum I would like you to relay to us the results of your tapping this week. Is there a particularly notable experience that changed your life or that you would like to share? Tell us about it in as much detail as you can.
